Where to Find Ta - Glacial Frostbite
Cloudspire City: From the shrine, go through the house opposite and follow the path left. Climb the ladder on your right, and continue down the wooden platforms into a mine. Follow the mine around until you reach an intersection and go left, up the ladder. This will take you to a house. Go to the top floor to find a chest containing the Benediction.
