Shu Sanctum : From the shortcut tree leading to Shu Sanctum, go across the shortcut, turn left, and then right before going up the bloody stairs to the right. If you have not opened the shortcut, you can find the boss by progressing through the optional village area past the 
Face-Changer enemy.
