Locations & Spawning
Cloudspire Outskirts : Either defeat Ai Nengqi first or light all three braziers to lower the drawbridge to Snowpeak Pass . Then head back to Cloudspire Outskirts shrine, unlocking the shortcut gate along the way. From the shrine, go through the shortcut and follow the path to the end before turning right and going across the drawbridge.
