Bai Mansion : Bai Mansion is an optional area accessed by taking the boat to the right of the pier in 
Ferry Overlook , which is just past the storyteller, who you’ll find after the last boss. In Bai Mansion, go into the tunnel to the left of the shrine to find the boss.
