Spend Red Mercury Essence to increase the potency of Aerial Bulwark . You gain Fleetness while charging Aerial Bulwark. Fleetness: Fleetness allows you to dodge a single enemy attack to gain 4 stacks of Skyborn Might and grants the Mitigation buff, reducing damage taken for a time.
