Used on the Impetus Repository's Rising Madness and Prolonged Madness nodes to enhance the Maddening Incense's effects.

Description

A vial of blood from the Bo people. Despite the passage of time, it retains a vivid, flowing quality. When infused into a Maddening Incense , it resonates, awakening the latent power of Madness. Legends say that the blood of the ancient Bo nourished sea lilies—granting strength at a steep price.

How to Acquire Bo Blood

Drops from Inner Demon enemies when defeated, but only in the scripted encounters. The demons that spawn when you die at a high Madness level will not drop it.
