Description

A red feather that emits a dim light, appearing as nothing more than an ordinary feather to most. A shard of knowledge that can be absorbed from the Impetus Repository, deepening one’s mastery and understanding of a weapon. The Avians once reigned supreme over the world, but now they are merely a memory. Still, their blood continues to ravage the world, as evidenced by the Feathering.

How to Acquire Brilliant Red Feather
