Where to Find Treasure Trove

From theSnowfall PalaceShrine, head right at the stairs (instead of taking them to the Palace itself), and you’ll find a lift leading down that takes you intoTreasure Trove. Defeat the boss in the large room just beyond to have the Shrine appear after.
