Description

A spell inscribed in the Zhenwu Tome , that can summon rolling thunder to strike lightning down on enemies. When the rebels raided the temple, they stole numerous scrolls and mastered this thunderous technique. Originally crafted as an art to subdue demons, it was twisted into a tool for slaughter.

Where to Find Thunderstorm

Rebel Camp : At the back, you’ll find a Daxi Imperial Guard (Elite) ; kill him to get it.
