Locations & Spawning
Li Dingo will succumb to madness, and can be fought beneath the 
Ferry Overlook Shrine if you complete Chapter 3 (Mt Zhewu) before meeting him in Cloudspire (near 
Mort Grotto ) in Chapter 2.
Strategy & Notes
Killing Li Dingo is the only way we have found to obtain a Lustrous Red Feather in Chapter 4, but there is a specific progress route you need to take to trigger an encounter with him.
