Locations & Spawning
Palace Pass : After passing through the Tang Palace in Chapter 4, descend the cliffs at Palace Pass. At the bottom is a cliff-edge with a hurricane circle underneath. Drop onto the circle to avoid fall damage, and you’ll see Honglan waiting for you at the bottom.
