Usage

A handwritten letter, its ink smeared and marred by bloodstains, obscuring parts of the message. It seems whatever it is was written for a Reverent Temple maiden.

Description

Where to Use

After you defeat Mistress of the Night - Huang Yan at Treasure Trove , don’t go down the Shaft just yet, instead, head around the back, and you’ll find the Bloodied Paper . Take the lift down now, and if you’ve collected the letter, you’ll run into Fang Yao.
